Overview
The GJD GJD023 (Elite) is a compact, weatherproof external passive infrared (PIR) detector for perimeter and external motion detection. It uses a 36‑zone Fresnel multi‑beam lens and a custom optical/ASIC signal‑processing system to provide programmable detection range, selectable pulse‑count and multiple relay/output modes for CCTV/video switching, timed lighting and auxiliary switching.

• Programmable detection range: 10–35 metre selectable range (up to ~750 m² coverage).
• 36‑zone Fresnel multi‑beam lens with area reduction masking for unwanted beams.
• Multiple outputs: two volt‑free relay outputs for CCTV/video (selectable NO/NC, adjustable timers) plus two open‑collector negative switching outputs for lighting/indication.
• Digital white‑light filter and double silicon‑shielded sensor to reduce false alarms from sunlight; rated resistance >50,000 lux (manufacturer statement).
• Weatherproof housing (IP55) with UV‑stable high‑impact ABS and conformally coated electronics for improved outdoor reliability.

Installation & safety notes

• Power: 9–15 V DC (nominal 12 V). Typical current ≈10 mA at 12 V.
