Geneva's Pirates brought Class A baseball to the Finger Lakes region starting in 1969, playing in the New York Pennsylvania League. Small town minor league clubs like this one were where future stars cut their teeth and locals found summer purpose. Geneva, New York didn't just host a team, it adopted one. Part of our Defunct Baseball collection, inspired by the vintage Minor League teams of yesteryear.
