This competition intercooler for the Nissan GTR R35 has the following core size 2x 360mm x 294mm x 110mm= 23300cm ³, providing a 76% larger frontal area and 94% more volume compared to the original intercooler.

Our engineers have increased the intercooler core size and efficiency, as well as improved the end tank design to remove OEM bottlenecks, resulting in increased flow rating and charge cooling properties. The weight of the intercooler is 2x 9.1kg. Constructed using the highest quality Tube Fin intercooler cores combined with cast aluminium end tanks optimized in our CAD systems. Flow analyses and simulations were created to optimise the design for best possible internal airflow.

This unique intercooler kit includes, developed in the CAD free form end tanks made of cast aluminium for optimal internal airflow and a compressive strength of up to 6 bar (tested). Supplied with bespoke carbon air shroud to ensure optimum airflow to the intercooler, as well as upgrade silicone hoses with enlarged cross-sectional area.
