Handcrafted ceramic vase with a matt glaze and gentle silver line, made from her home & studio in the tea growing region of Boseong, Korea.

Hye-Jin makes teaware and table features using clay made from the same soil that grows tea. There is a conscious intention in her work, of recreating the natural environment and bringing you into a space of stillness and mindfulness.

"I constantly draw inspiration from the many objects and situations I encounter in everyday life. I have always pursued art as a valuable tool for enriching time spent with loved ones.  

 With simple forms, modest colours, and a weight that embraces the presence of other objects on the table, I aim to imbue a sense of warmth.
