Example Usage:

12 inches away from skin for 10 minutes per session. (eye protection is generally not required at this distance, check with your doctor if you have photo-sensitivity)

Use up to 2 times per day on the desired area.

Ambient Light Usage - turn on in early mornings and evenings as an ambient light (aim at a wall or at the ceiling to reduce the glare).

Wake-Up Light Usage - use at 12-24 inches away for 10-30 minutes in the morning. (No eye protection but do not stare at the lights and look off to the side)
