Although it is still fresh in our memories that he sadly passed away in 2014 at the age of 75, he is still a legendary artist whose transparent phrasing and funky playing are still highly regarded by future generations of jazz musicians. Now, at last, a rare live archive of Joe Sample's performance with his trio and the diva Randy Crawford is finally available!
