Have you or someone you know experienced the pain of loss? While this may be one of the most difficult experiences of your life, please be well aware this is also a time of reflection and connection inward. Do not get lost in seeking comfort or relief from any source outside of yourself - you already are biologically equipped to heal and transcend any suffering you may be experiencing. 

After I lost someone very close to me, I came across a book that helped me understand this concept tremendously. The book is called You Are A Medium by Sherrie Dillard. 

In her book, Sherrie explains that, "Angels are highly empathetic in that they feel and sense what you are experiencing, and they are aware of the impact that is has on you. They seek to help you let go of patterns of behaviors and beliefs that keep you from experiencing the kind of love that you truly deserve. Angels do not, however, take on your pain and suffering. They instead offer healing and relief from your burdens and worries."
