Ingredients:  L-arginine hydrochloride; subst. anti-caking - stearic acid, silicon oxide; carrier – croscarmellose sodium; capsule shell – cellulose.

How to use:  Take 1 tablet 2 times a day, preferably between meals or before bedtime. Consume with a carbohydrate-containing drink to facilitate absorption.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Dietary supplements cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Maintaining good health requires a balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

The product is intended for adults. Consuming the product is not recommended during pregnancy and breastfeeding. Consult your doctor if you are taking medications (especially antihypertensives, anticoagulants, and antidiabetics), have a medical condition (especially asthma or kidney disease), or are planning surgery. It should not be used if you have had a myocardial infarction or suffer from coronary artery disease.

After opening, store at room temperature, in a dry and cool place, out of the reach of small children. Remember to recycle.
