The Fail-Safe FCT LED combines maximum security construction features with energy saving technology. This low profile surface mounted luminaire has a clamshell housing, security lensing and tamper-resistant fasteners to maximize impact-resistance and prevent contraband concealment and unauthorized fixture penetration. The fixture can be ceiling or wall-mounted. An emergency battery pack is available as an option. It is UL/CUL listed for damp locations.

- Polycarbonate or clear tempered glass lenses, for impact resistance
- Ligature-resistant and IK10 rated for behavioral health use
- Backplate forms an irretrievable blade trap preventing contraband concealment
- 3000K, 3500K, 4000K and 5000K CCT; 80 CRI minimum
- 16 architectural color options; custom colors available, powder coat paint
