Glycine  is the smallest and simplest amino acid, making it versatile in a wide range of functions. Glycine is essential for the production of glutathione, DNA, creatine, bile, hemoglobin and most proteins. It also helps promote glycogen storage, making glycine readily available for energy production. Glycine also acts as a calming neurotransmitter in the brain, where it facilitates nerve impulses and is important for maintaining healthy sleep patterns.

How to use:  Take 1-3 capsules a day, preferably on an empty stomach. Note: For adults only. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Store in a dry and cool place out of the reach of small children.
