How to use Fuel X & Fuel X PRO

Fuel X & Fuel X PRO  is easily and quickly absorbed with minimal effect on the digestive system. Drink during training and racing to provide energy and avoid ‘bonking’ during endurance sport.

Directions:

• Add to 500-700ml (17-24 Oz) WATER, shake well to dissolve.
• 1 Scoop = 100 Calories
• 1-2 Scoops First Hour of Exercise
• 2-3 Scoops per hour thereafter
• Use hunger as a guide!
