Equipped with splashguards

This professional grill plate has a 1,5 litre drip tray. In addition, you can set the temperature between 100 and 300ºC. The appliance also features a pilot light and a gas safety valve with a thermocouple. Despite the high temperatures, it is always safe to work with this professional grill plate. It is equipped with stainless steel splashguards to prevent oil spills. You can use the grill with LPG or natural gas.

Easy to clean

Cleaning the grill plate is very easy. There's a removable tray under the unit that collects the fat. Thanks to the stainless steel housing and splashguard, the smooth surfaces are easy to clean. A scraper is used to remove coarse residue. A damp cloth, warm water and mild detergent can be used to clean the exterior and the grill. Make sure all parts are wiped dry before using the griddle again.
