Fortress Medium 1.01 cu ft Personal Fire & Waterproof Safes are affordable and sure to provide you with the confidence you need when securing important documents, jewelry, handguns and other valuables in the home or at the office. This safe has a fire rating of 45 minutes at 1400 degrees and is also waterproof in up to 5" of standing water. As an extra measure or peace of mind, this safe has been approved and tested to exceed the California Department of Justice standards for firearm security. These safes are constructed of solid steel and have a fully carpeted interior to protect your valuables. The easy to programable digital electronic lock can store a 3-8 digit combination and comes with 2 back up keys, so you can always access your valuables. The door is mounted on external hinges which allow full 180 degree access and has a beefy lever handle. There are two 1-inch diameter solid steel live action locking bolts and two fixed bolts for a total of four locking bolts. For extra storage flexibility, this safe also comes with a full length carpeted shelf that be removed. Each safe is pre-drilled with holes for mounting and include all hardware necessary for an added deterrent.
