Medium fast as I try to make all of my two piecers. Seat and rod shafts are my usual spar varnish. Mirrored tips, and the rod is wrapped olive with a carbide stripper and old stock dark HSS snake guides.
Cap and ring seat with a polished (bright) hardware and a mortised red swamp maple burl wood spacer. Swiss style ferrules wtih knurled collar on the male slides. All sections are straight and ready to go fishing. Polished aluminum rod tube with brass collar top and bottom. Older style ferrule plug.
