Source: Organically grown in Peru or Costa Rica. Our leaves are from organic trees in small fruit plantations that are harvested with love and care. We don't ever source the leaves from mass produced graviola farms.

The side-effects observed by pharmaceutical in-vitro studies, are based from the seeds and fruit, that contain high amounts of annonacin. High levels and prolonged use of annonacin has been observed to generate potential neurotoxicity. Keep in mind this is a very medicinal plant that has been used and raved over its powerful anti-cancerous and anti-tumeral activity. This is an excellent tonic, meant to be used in low doses, to generally protect the immune system when needed.
