Really cute vintage waitress uniform from the late 1960's to the 1970's. Fabric is a permanent press 50/50 cotton and polyester in a plaid, polka dot tangerine and white.

Dress has a small peter pan collar, short dolman sleeves and buttons up the front with hidden buttons. Two large patch pockets are on each side, front.

Small matching apron is a orange and white polka dot.

Label is Shane which was a maker of uniforms going back to 1945.

As for the condition, the back of the dress has 3 very small spots of black soiling. It has been cleaned so I think the spots are permanent. Also the buttons are not matching but they are hidden. The white facing in the neck has some staining that wouldn't come out but that also is hidden.

Tagged a vtg size 8 so please check the measurements carefully. No give to this fabric.
