The Traction Hobby RAM 1500 is a fully licensed, super realistic 1/8 scale RC truck packed with advanced features and unmatched details. Available in five color options.

1. Licensed, clipless RAM body with molded pickup bed, folding mirrors, wipers, and detailed interior.
2. Complete functional light system: headlights, taillights, fog lights, turn signals, high/low beams, reverse lights, and license plate lights.
3. Selectable drivetrain: 4WD / RWD / FWD.
4. Two-speed transmission for low-speed crawling or high-speed trails. Remote locking front and rear differentials for ultimate control.
5. Large 1/8 scale dimensions: 28.5″ (L) × 11.5″ (W) × 10″ (H).

Is the TRACTION HOBBY Dodge RAM 1500 suitable for beginners?
This is an intermediate to advanced RC crawler. The selectable 4WD/RWD/FWD drivetrain and 2-speed transmission offer a lot of control options that beginners may find complex. If you're new to RC crawlers, we recommend starting with a simpler 1/10 scale model first.
What battery does the Dodge RAM 1500 RC truck use?
It uses a 3S 11.1V LiPo battery with XT60 connector (5200mAh recommended). The battery is optional and not included in the base package. You can add it during checkout.
What is the difference between the Brushless and Brushed versions?
The Brushless version uses a HobbyWing Fusion 1800KV FOC motor with a FlySky G7P 10-channel radio — better performance, longer lifespan, and more precise control. The Brushed version uses a 775 brushed motor with a Dumbo DDF-350 controller — more affordable but requires more maintenance over time.
