The system measures 17 inches high, with a maximum diameter of 9-1/2 inches. Composed of two pieces, the crock features a top reservoir that makes up 9 inches of the overall height and a bottom ceramic crock that makes up the remaining 8 inches. And, it fits under a kitchen cabinet!

The bacteriostatic nano-silver-coated ceramic filter removes 99.999% of bacteria. For example, it reduces cryptosporidium and giardia levels to .2 microns, as confirmed by a laboratory registered by the Food and Drug Administration.

The ceramic filter is filled with pharmaceutical-grade carbon and other special adsorbents to remove:

• 99% of arsenic
• 99% of hydrogen sulfide
• 99% of chlorine and chloramines
• 98% of lead
• Pesticides, herbicides, mercury, fluoride, and more

Note: The top reservoir is made of BPA-free polycarbonate and holds 1.5 gallons of water. The bottom crock holds 2.5 gallons. Each filter lasts for up to 6,000-8,000 gallons of water depending on the water source.
