This vegan liquid formulation is made using a natural fermentation process and includes both methylcobalamin and adenosylcobalamin. These 2 different forms of vitamin B12 are at varying stages of metabolism and are required and used for different processes in the body.

Formulated in a base of glycerine sourced from coconuts for easy absorption, simply use the pipette to drop straight into the mouth or under the tongue to use sublingually. Alternatively, add to your favourite smoothies or cold drinks.

As a food supplement for adults, using the dropper, add 0.5ml once or twice daily to food, drink or directly into mouth. Can also be taken sublingually by placing 0.5ml under the tongue up to twice daily. Do not exceed stated dose unless recommended by your healthcare practitioner.

Store in a cool dry place, out of the sight and reach of children. Once open keep refrigerated and use within 6 months. Not to be used during pregnancy or lactation unless recommended by a healthcare practitioner.
